WOVEN FABRIC FOR TACKY CLOTH TAPE AND PRODUCTION OF TACKY CLOTH TAPE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a woven fabric for a tacky cloth tape at a low cost, having reduced inconvenience of texture such as slant texture, rough texture, or the like, decreased in production processes while taking the environment into consideration by subjecting warp to an anchor treatment in a sizing process and weft to a anchor treatment by a foregoing dyeing method in yarn-dyeing. SOLUTION: Warp is subjected to an anchor treatment by using a polyethyleneimine-based, a polybutadiene-based or a polyurethane-based anchor agent in a sizing process and weft is subjected to an anchor treatment by a foregoing dyeing method of yarn-dyeing to give a woven fabric for a tacky cloth tape. Preferably, at least one of the warp and the weft is a sheath-core yarn comprising a polyethylene as the sheath part. Preferably, the tacky cloth tap is produced by providing one side of the woven fabric for the tacky cloth tap with a tacky agent layer and the opposite side of the woven fabric provided with the tacky agent layer with a polyethylene layer and forming a release agent layer on the top of the polyethylene layer.
