PURPOSE: To start spraying and placing operations only by installation of a form on a cage so as to enhance operability by providing cage locks connected to perforated plates, and a main body having skirt locking members by which interval-holding reinforcement, locks, and holding reinforcement are connected integral with one another. ;CONSTITUTION: The size between the end 10A of main-reinforcement connecting reinforcement 10, 11 and vertical connecting reinforcement 20 is set, and the main reinforcement 51, 52 of a cage 50 is held therein to enhance the stability of a locked state, and the cage 50 is welded at a predetermined height to anchors 55 driven into a face of slope. Next, a skirt S is installed on the face of slope with a form put thereover; i.e., one side of the skirt S is relatively inserted between a perforated plate 1 and a skirt locking member 50 and is temporarily fixed in an appropriate position by means of whips, etc. Thereafter, a hardener is poured into the space between the perforated plates 1, 1 to construct a slope form.
