PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous beam hole forming method and a form for a continuous beam hole, capable of forming the continuous beam hole easily and positively and improving economy. ;SOLUTION: Flange members 12 with tapered insert parts 15 are mounted to both ends of a sleeve 11 for forming a continuous beam hole, and after concrete is hardened, the flange members 12 are removed from the sleeve 11 and a placing form 20.
