摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and exactly obtain high performance piezoelectric properties by using a composition of a phase boundary between tetragonal system and rhombohedral system, which exhibits excellent piezoelectric properties at a wide temp. range of -40 to 100C. ;SOLUTION: The piezoelectric material 3 is obtained by laminating an electroconductive perovskite oxide 2 on a ferroelectric perovskite oxide 1, and highly electroconductive metal electrodes 4 are provided on both surfaces of the piezoelectric material 3. Two kinds of devices are provided, in one device of which, (a) the layer of the electroconductive perovskite oxide 2 is laminated on one side of the layer of the ferroelectric perovskite oxide 1, and in the other device of which, (b) the layer of the oxide 2 is laminated on both sides of the layer of the oxide 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
