PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing an article made of a foamed soft cover which does not have any weak points in appearance, specially in the area of inside out opening of filling opening.;SOLUTION: While preparing an article without any weak points in its appearance with a foamed soft cover 3, for example, animal toys, dolls, balls, pillows or head rests, an opening 7 is left in seam 4 of cut parts 1, 2 sewed up together from left side. The opening 7 is closed loosely by a long thread 8. Before the cover 3 is turned over, the opening 7 is expanded, the thread 8 is sewn, and a reactive mixture having soft foam forming property and adhesion when a reaction occurs is filled into through the opening 7 in the meanwhile of turning over the cover 3. Then the opening is closed by drawing the ends 9, 10 of the thread 8. After the opening 7 is closed, the thread 8 and the ends 5, 6 of the opening 7 are long adhered in the inside of the cover 3 by the cured reactive mixture and last remainders of the thread 8 is cut off.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
