PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a totalization sheet edition device and its method capable of displaying a required processing result for a totalization sheet without executing complicated operation, and to provide a storage medium. ;SOLUTION: Processing is started from a data string on the uppermost line, and when the present value of a break item (group) is the same as a preceding value, the values of items (sales) to be totalized are added up and a totalized result is updated (step S04). When both the values are different, a data string of a processed result is prepared and stored in an array of a work area, so that the summing line of a 'sales' item is inserted in each data string group having the same 'group' value (step S05). When a processing line arrives at a line into which the data string of an initial processing result is to be inserted and processing lines are the integer times of N, a page including the initial totalization line is displayed as a preview (steps S06 to S09).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
