DISPERSER FOR CALCIUM-FORTIFIED DRINK, CALCIUM-FORTIFIED DRINK CONTAINING THE SAME AND CALCIUM-FORTIFYING AGENT FOR DRINK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly calcium-fortified drink which is the drink fortified with a calcium component by using fine granules of calcium carbonate such as an eggshell and a shell, and capable of preventing the generation of the precipitation of the calcium component for a long period, good in dispersibility and excellent in texture, flavor or the like. SOLUTION: This disperser for a calcium-fortified drink comprises (A) a crystalline cellulose and (B) a cellulose derivative obtained by introducing a carboxyalkyl group into the hydroxy group of the cellulose. The calcium- fortified drink is obtained by blending the disperser with a drink highly calcium- fortified by fine granules of calcium carbonate. The calcium-fortifying agent for the drink is obtained by blending the components A and B with the fine granules of the calcium carbonate.
