PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a printed matter or seal which describes the address information by means of a method that notates the communication addresses of electronic mails, etc. by showing the communication addresses of home pages, electronic messages, etc., in the character notation and also in two-dimensional code. SOLUTION: A printed matter A where a URL or URI showing the communication address of a home page in a character notation 1 and a two-dimensional code 2 serves as a catalog of a personal computer. Thus, a user can know the communication address of the relevant home page by looking at the notation 1. When the user reads a home page inserting the detailed information on a commodity 3, he/she is just required to open a browser and to read and scan the code 2 by a code reader or a scanner. Furthermore, an electronic mail address is described in a set of the notation 1 and code 2 and it is just required to read and scan the code 2 by the code reader or scanner to transmit an electronic mail.
