PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an off-street parking lot having the freedom degree in setting the number and width of a vehicle in design of the off-street parking lot, securing allowance and safety in car operation in depositing and delivering, providing no limit in the opening/closing width of a door in parking, and securing smooth getting-in/off. ;SOLUTION: This off-street parking lot comprises delivery ports 7 and parking sides 11, and is constituted of a first parking zone which has columns in four corners of the delivery ports and the parking sides inner parts which are not illustrated here, a second parking zone 3 which comprises mutually opposite-side delivery ports 7 and the parking sides 11 and has columns 6 in the four corners of the both delivery ports, a third parking zone 4 which is a parking zone oppositely arranging the delivery ports to each other across a track 8 in the delivery ports of the first and second parking zones and has columns 10 in the inner part of the parking zone, and a forth the parking zone 5 which is a parking zone oppositely arranging delivery ports in the parking side 11 of the first and second parking zone across a track 12 and bas columns 13 in the inner part of the parking zone. This parking lot is so constituted that each first - forth parking zone is set to a unit parking zone and the respective unit parking zones are arbitrarily combined to be used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
