PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the reduction in man-power in a final process of teaching material generation by confirming the normality of the teaching material operations and checking up the points to be modified using only a teaching material generating terminal without using an actual learning terminal.;SOLUTION: Means 230 and 240 which simulate the learning control of an intelligent learning support system, are prepared at a teaching material generating terminal 200 besides a means 210 which defines teaching material information to execute the learning control. Thereby, a learning operation screen is provided in the same learning control logic as the intelligent learning support system.
