PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate recovering, reclaiming, reusing of all waste writing instruments for all writing instruments, to eliminate consumer's sorting, and to facilitate discarding and recycling by designing and using all members as the same material and grade. SOLUTION: Since a polypropylene resin has a low steam permeation amount, the resin is used for all shaft members, a polypropylene resin of a block type is used to improve its strengths of press injecting, engaging parts and hardness of overall shaft to manufacture a felt-tip pen. In the case of a disposable specification, its felt-tip can be made of the polypropylene. At the time of melting, in the case of collecting source separated refuse according to a specific gravity difference, only the felt-tip is made of a metal. Since the same material and further a resin of the same grade are used, molding shrinkage becomes the same, and hence mold manufacturing and processing of the respective members can be standardized. A receiving inspection of its molding can be shortened, and further an accuracy of engaging surfaces of the respective members is improved.
