PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use for a happy circle while protecting privacy by arranging facilities necessary for ensuring the functions of a dwelling unit and habitable rooms, providing independent living spaces and providing a common room where all the dwellers can use jointly. ;SOLUTION: Right and left spaces are arranged equally, divided by a central partition for a simple form, and good balance and lower construction costs. The partition is made an effective wall by a structure and a construction method in terms of earthquake resistance. Therefore, dwellers can contact each other on equal terms while protecting privacy and live safely. In this case, by forming the partition of a sound insulating material, both dwellers can live comfortably without being annoyed by living related sounds, thereby enabling application to leasing and sales to companies of apartment houses, homes for the aged, patient bedrooms, nursing care facilities and dormitories.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
