PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient method for producing an alloy having a prescribed dimensional high strength and thermal stability used to the high temp. application. ;SOLUTION: This producing method comprises a process for preheating the prescribed dimensional alloy bar or rod blank at lower temp. than the temp. generating the growth of a crystal grain and a process for applying a rotating forging to the alloy bar or rod blank with sufficient deforming level and under the temp. to cut into piece in the grain boundary phase of the alloy. The alloy obtd. in such a way, has extremely minute and very uniform crystal grain size, high tensile strength at a room temp. and high temp., good ductility and about two times of stress fractural speed in comparison with the conventional alloy which is not apply to the thermal-mechanical method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
