PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish the same finish of a flash photographed image at regular photographing as that of a flash photographed image confirmed at trial photographing. SOLUTION: An in-finder object image picked up by an image pickup device A is displayed on a monitor device B. The luminance ratio of a film plane to the image pickup plane calculated in a calibration mode is stored by a RAM 308b. When the instruction to execute a trial exposure for flash photographing is given by a STR switch, light is emitted from a xenon bulb 309 by the set light emitting quantity Gvc so as to pick up the image by the image pickup device A, then, the picked up image is displayed on the monitor device B.
