PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate corrosion of a facility caused by a combustion gas including HCl, Cl2, metal chloride and the like produced at the time of incinerating urban waste, industrial waste and the like and suppress production of hazardous dioxins.;SOLUTION: A specified amount of a sulfur compound or the like is added in advance to a plastic garbage bag for kitchen waste discharged from a usual home, a plastic package material for containing books and plastics and plastic sheets, and combustion together with urban waste is carried out so as to make a combustion gas inevitably contain sulfur oxide, and a metal chloride or the like is changed into metal sulfate having a high melting point and a weak corrosive property.
