PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the transmission loss at a millimeter wave band. SOLUTION: A strip conductor 3 and a couple of 1st ground electrodes 4, 5 formed to a 1st side of a dielectric board 2, a 2nd ground electrode 6 formed to a 2nd side opposite to the 1st side of the dielectric board 2, conductive through-holes 71-73 that electrically interconnect the 1st ground electrode 4 and the 2nd ground electrode 6, and conductive through-holes 81-83 that electrically interconnect the 1st ground electrode 5 and the 2nd ground electrode 6 are formed to the title coplanar waveguide. The shortest distance W among the conductive through-holes within a plane perpendicular to a long direction of a strip conductor 3 is selected so as to satisfy an expression of Wλ/(2√εr), where εr is the relative dielectric constant of the dielectric board 2 and λis a wavelength of a high frequency signal propagated through the strip conductor 3 in air.
