SIMPLE POSITION INFORMATION NOTICE SYSTEM AND SIMPLE POSITION INFORMATION CHARACTER MAIL SERVICE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove influence to privacy and to improve the quality of user service by installing a character mail compiling means inserting a representative place name which a position information-representative place name conversion means generates into the main sentence of a fixed single sentence type and a control means managing a control function.;SOLUTION: A mail center receives a simple position information character mail service request signal by using a signal network communication IF means 602. Identification information and position information are taken out from the signal received by using an ID/position information collection means 603 and a representative place name is derived from position information of the mobile station of a calling side by using a position information/representative place name conversion means 604. The derived representative place name and identification information of the calling side are inserted into a fixed position information mail sentence and it is complied by using a character mail compilation means 605 and a character mail control means 607.
