PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of a graveyard and to provide a memorial tower for pets at a low cost by rotatably stacking shelves annularly provided with a large number of ossuaries and rotating a desired ossuary in front of a person to warship at a grave. ;SOLUTION: A large number of ossuaries 17 are provided around a rotating frame 15 provided inside an external wall 24 of octagonal cross section, to form an ossuary group 18, and the ossuary group 18 are stacked in a plurality of stages. A large number of ossuaries 17 are thus provided in a narrow site to reduce the manufacturing cost of a memorial tower (ossuary) 13 for pets and to make the ossuary with the asseous remains of a person's own pet laid, movable in front of this person. In the case of laying the pet's ashes to rest and visiting a grave, the rotating frame 15 is rotated by a handle 37 and moved until the ossuary 17 of the pet coincides with an outer door 27, and the coinciding outer door 27 is opened to worship at the grave.
