The invention concerns molecules of recombinant DNA coding proteins binding receptor of interferons of type I, able to induce IFN-? or IFN-?, host-cell, being able to the expression of mentioned proteins of DNA, coding such proteins with significant and anti-significant orientation can de introduced for enhancing or suppressing the cell reaction oninterferons, and respectively, the invention also concerns the method for prolongation age of tissue transplant and method for increase of reaction on the therapy by exogenous interferon in the treatment of cancer, and also the method for preparing protein.
