A polymeric film having two major surfaces comprising a copolymer of ethylene and a C4-8 a-olefin wherein the two major surfaces each have a silicone containing of between 0.1 and 1.2 mg/ft2 is claimed. A process for preparing the polymeric film is also claimed.
