An oil blend comprising about 10 to about 16% by weight of palm kernel oil, about 6 to about 12% by weight of hydrogenated palm kernel oil, about 55 to about 75% by weight of palm kernel stearin, and about 7 to about 13% by weight of hydrogenated palm kernel stearin; and a chocolate alternative composition comprising cocoa powder, milk powder, sugar and the oil blend.
