An experimental instrument for examining permeabilityof a flowing cornea is used for imitating a lacrimallayer in the front part of a cornea or the back part ofthe cornea (an aqueous humor) by means of storing avarious kinds of solutions comprises a cell body includinga stirring part of a cylindrical wall and a bottomsurface at a bottom part thereof, a constant temperaturetank which surrounds the cell body all around a samplemembrane setting part which is protrusively arranged atan outer surface of the cell body and can set a samplemembrane such as a contact lens used as a cornea or acorneal model, an outflow tube which is protrusivelyarranged at an outer surface of the stirring part andmakes a solution in the cell body discharge, an, inflowtube which is protrusively arranged at an upper part ofthe cell body and makes the solution flow inside of thecell body, a magnet rotator which is arranged inside thestirring part of the cell body, and a magnet stirrerwhich makes the magnet rotator inside the cell bodyrotate by means of magnetic force.
