The present invention relates to a construction of a safety wheel having a spare wheel, particularly to, a simple & ease way for manufacturing a wheel rim portion of the safety wheel and for providing for mounting the spare wheel which is namely a subsidiary ring and mounting coaxially with the wheel rim and mounting a tire, so as to support a car to be driven continuously when the tire is flat.
