Purpose: in soft magnetic materials, an electrophoretic process measure of a kind of processed soft magnetic ribbon membrane material and its insulating coating film in device is arranged to improve soft magnetic characteristic and productivity by being evenly coated with an inorganic non-conductor. Construction: an electrophoretic process measure of the insulating coating film in soft magnetic materials is it is characterized in that the inorganic non-conductor of insulation-coating one on a surface of the soft magnetic materials by an electrophoresis.
