PURPOSE: A program for constructing an internet shopping mall and a maintenance program for shopping mall are provided to obtain real-time service one-to-one by a site manager by on-line. CONSTITUTION: Users may send a query in a chatting window and receive an answer thereto by a site manager at real-time so that the users have ono-to-one conversation with the site manager instead watching the one-sided provision from the site manager even without any appointment. Also, the users shop for goods in the site while waiting for the answer to querys so that the users enjoy the maximized service from the site. When the site manager answers to one of the users' query, the answer is displayed on the list and then the site manager presses 'next' button to answer to another user's query. If a user clicks 'go' button in the chatting frame, the ID of the user is stored in the waiting users' list and if the user is answered by the manager, the name of the user is deleted from the list of the waiting users.
