PROCESS FOR PRODUCING NYLON FIBER BY USING PARTIALLY ORIENTED YARN(POY) METHOD

PURPOSE: A process for producing a nylon fiber by using a partially oriented yarn(POY) method which has high modulus and excellent morphology. CONSTITUTION: A nylon fiber for weft is prepared by following the steps of: melt spinning a nylon chip to cool solidify it; elongating the nylon chip to rewind at speed of 3,500-4,000m/min; providing an emulsion of 8-12% to the nylon chip to elongate at a ratio of 1.20-1.40; and then relaxing it to 4-6% to prepare a nylon fiber for weft. The nylon fiber has a strength of 4.6-5.0g/d and elongation of 55-60%. An equipment for spinning a nylon chip is comprised of a spinning base, a filament, a supplying equipment of cool wind, an oiling roller, a first godet roller, a second godet roller and a rewind roller.
