PURPOSE: A method is provided to control amount of nitric oxide by directly injecting peroxide to a stainless steel or adding peroxide to acid cleaning liquid according to the detected density of nitric oxide. CONSTITUTION: A nitric oxide analyzer(8) analyzes density of nitric oxide generated when a stainless steel is cleaned with acid. According to the density, peroxide is input to an acid cleansing tank while adjusting flux of peroxide. Flux of peroxide is adjusted by turning on and off a peroxide inputting pump(2) and peroxide is injected to a stainless steel in the acid cleansing tank through a nozzle placed at the interval of 30cm.
