DEVICE FOR HEATING LOAD BOX OF DUMP TRUCK USING EXHAUST HEAT OF ENGINE

PURPOSE: A heater of a load box in a dump truck is provided to prevent a freezing of load by heating the load with an exhaust heat with supplying the exhaust heat of the engine into a heating pipe installed in the load box. CONSTITUTION: A air stored in an air tank is flowed in a pneumatic cylinder(68) by an operation of a pneumatic valve and the pneumatic cylinder(68) is extended. The extension of the pneumatic cylinder(68) operates a driving arm(74) in an opening and closing valve of inducing pipe connected with a piston(70) of the pneumatic cylinder(68) by a rotating shaft. A rotation of the driving arm(74) flows an exhaust gas of an engine into a heating pipe through the inducing pipe(50) by rotating an opening and closing film(78). When the inducing pipe(50) and a sucking valve of exhaust gas are separated each other by lifting a load box, a driver turns off a switch. When a signal outputted from a temperature sensor is not inputted into a controller by turning off the switch, the controller does not output the operating signal of valve and the exhaust gas is not flowed in the heating pipe. The exhaust gas of the engine flowed in the heating pipe heats the load box of a truck not to freeze an aggregate.
