PURPOSE: A burying-welding type ball valve is provided to smoothen a valve opening/closing conversion action even under certain eccentricity, to protect a lower structure from an outer shock and to keep tightness. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure fluid is supplied from any one side of a pipe connected to both sides of a body. A ball(310) blocks the fluid, placed in a direction that a fluid entrance hole of the ball is vertical with the fluid entrance hole of the body. A reactive force is given to a valve handle in order to flow the fluid to the other side pipe. The reactive force is transferred to a lower part after converted to a torque in a torque transferring device and is transferred to the ball through an Oldham's coupling. The ball is rotated by the torque and equalizing the fluid entrance hole to the fluid entrance hole of the body so that the fluid flows to the other side pipe. On the contrary, the ball is rotated in a reverse direction by giving the reactive force of the opposite direction of the valve handle. Thus, the flow of the fluid is blocked, and the valve is opened/closed.
