PURPOSE: A purification method using hydrolysis and ionization of metal is provided, which is characterized in that high concentration wastewater is mixed with oxidizing agent. Also basic salts and suspension liquid are injected thereto. CONSTITUTION: A method is comprising following steps: a primary hydrolysis and neutralization process; a cohension and dewatering process; a second hydrolysis and neutralization process; a final treatment process; a production process of organic fertilizer. In the primary and the second hydrolysis and neutralization process, mixed oxidizing agent are produced by mixing ferric sulfate, water, and hydrochloric at a ratio of 2:7:1. And wastewater and mixed oxidizing agent are mixed at a ratio of 100:0.1-20. Then, hydrolysis is performed. Wastewater is mixed at 300-500 rpm in a primary reactor(8) and a second reactor(9), so hydrolysis is done completely. Sodium hydroxide and suspension liquid are injected thereto at a ratio of 0.5-2 wt% of hydrolyzed wastewater, and neutralization is carried out. Continuously, separation of solid and liquid is carried out.
