Method for enabling ISP to provide cyber money and thereby free-of-charge telephone communication service to user and implementing method thereof

PURPOSE: A method for supplying cyber money to users by an internet provider is provided, so that the users can call using numbers stored as identifications(IDs) in a cyber card designating the cyber money when the users perform advertisement performing files, by making the files having the cyber money to transmit the files to user terminals, and to supply toll-free calls on condition of the users watching advertisements by displaying advertising screens while the users call and completing the advertising screens as the users hang up phones. CONSTITUTION: A method for supplying cyber money to users by an internet provider comprises the steps of: making the internet provider make a file composed of advertisements, user identifications(IDs), and the cyber money in a server, to publicize the advertisements and sell products to customers, and making the internet provider transmit the file through on-line; making a customer download the file in a computer or a terminal to store the file in a storage; if the customer uses services of the internet provider, displaying the advertisements on a computer screen or a terminal screen; and supplying a toll-free call to the customer on condition of the customer watching the advertisements.
