PURPOSE: An internet-based advertisement agency method using a pop up window technique is provided so that advertisement effects can be maximized by directly showing a web site of an advertiser to users, instead of utilizing an advertisement tool such as a banner. CONSTITUTION: A web site administrator becomes a web site member(300) in an advertisement agency network. An advertiser becomes an advertiser member(200) in the network, and provides advertisement conditions at the time of registration. The web site member(300) connects to the network site, confirms the advertisement conditions of each advertiser member(200), and selects an advertisement to be inserted into his/her homepage. Then, the web site member(300) requests permission for the advertisement to the selected advertiser member(200). The advertiser member(200) provides the final advertisement conditions to the web site member(300). The web site member(300) decides whether to accept the conditions. When accepting the conditions, the web site member(300) inserts the advertisement into his/her homepage. When a pop up window is displayed to a user(400), a network server checks it, and stores statistical data for each web site member(300) in a database. The network detects the database, and provides some money to the web site member(300) satisfying predetermined requirements.
