PURPOSE: A clinical examination service providing method on a computer network system and a recording medium thereof are provided so that the clinical examination service can be provided with rapidity and effectiveness by transferring an examination material attached a bar code. CONSTITUTION: A clinical examination service providing method on a computer network system(12) includes the steps of transferring an object to be examined to an examination center(500) by attaching a bar code when a clinical examination is requested in a hospital(100), storing the result of the clinical examination from the center(500) into a database(40), and displaying a stored information in the database(40) when the hospital(100) inquires the examination result. The computers (10) of the clinic or hospital (100) are communicates with a server computer (14) by an internet browser program or a separate component program and displays clinical examination sites, which are provided by the server computer (14). As a result, a man/woman in charge of a clinic or hospital can exactly understand an examination result through one's computer.
