PURPOSE: A field workshop for facility work and work benches used therein are provided to systematically carry out overall working processes including taking in of construction materials, processing, framework, examination, and taking out products by providing work benches and keeping boxes for tools and construction materials. Also, the field workshop and work benches are provided to maximize productivity and to allow workers to work in a comfort posture by constituting the work benches to make a group of related works as a single system. CONSTITUTION: A field workshop for facility work and work benches used therein is rationalized by taking advantages of factory manufacturing and field manufacturing. A filed workshop for working the piping for facility and parts and for assembling thereof is set in a proper site in a field. After piping and parts are worked in a desired unit and then carried to a site for constructing, the frameworks are simply constructed in a final constructing site, and facility work is finished. The field workshop is selectively set in a site in a construction field, in which any interference with the other kind of works is scarce. In the field workshop, tools and work benches for performing the overall processes including pipe cutting, threading, welding, part assembling, and water pressure test are systematically arranged. The work benches set in the field workshop are a work bench for welding steel pipes, a horizontal station, a work bench for screw piping the steel pipes, a water reservoir for testing water pressure and air pressure, a work bench for a fusion welding machine, a work bench for pipe cutting, a work bench for painting, and a work bench for welding copper pipes. The work tools are a high speed cutter, a spark receiver for the cutter, a table drill, a welding machine, a station for drying welding rods, and a compressor. In addition, a tool cart, a material carrier, a large cart, a small cart, a supplementary work bench, a warehouse for materials, a shelves, a station for keeping disposable materials, a loading station for pipes, a product piling-up site, a site for keeping dangerous matters, a fire extinguisher, a desk for conference, and a drawing hanger.
