CSA system water proofing materials for anti-caustic concrete

PURPOSE: A calcium sulfoaluminate-based spherical waterproofing material with corrosion resistant is provided, to improve the corrosion resistant against acids and waterproof property of cement concrete. CONSTITUTION: The calcium sulfoaluminate-based corrosion resistant spherical waterproofing material comprises 15-40 wt% of calcium sulfoaluminate; 5-20 wt% of salt of high molecular weight aliphatic ester; 4-10 wt% of the condensate of naphthalene and melamine formaldehyde; 1-5 wt% of salt of low molecular weight aliphatic ester; and sodium tetrapolyphosphate as a dispersing agent.
