Therefore, it is easy to implement a very high frequency resolution by adjusting the number of signal samples, and it is easy to adjust measurement related parameters using an FFT program. The present invention has a high frequency sweep speed (20msec / 500kHz, frequency resolution: 1kHz) by hardware processing, and configures a GUI (Graphic User Interface) environment using a PC so that the user can easily adjust all the operation operations. .
