PROCESS TESTING AND EVALUATING TECHNICAL STATE OF MULTIPARAMETER OBJECT OF DIAGNOSTICS BY DATA OF MEASUREMENT INFORMATION

FIELD: technical diagnostics of complex technical objects. SUBSTANCE: process is based on division of structural and functional circuit of multiparameter object of diagnostics into equivalence and tolerance spaces or their combinations. Joint functioning of structural elements of multiparameter object of diagnostics is presented a priori in the form of structural and functional circuit of states built from sequentially-arranged, radially-arranged and fully coupled arranged structures of interrelation of states of structural elements of multiparameter object of diagnostics shown on screen of video monitor in the form of equivalence and tolerance spaces or their combinations which under normal operation are coded by one color, for instance, green. If anomalous situation emerges anomalous region of states of structural elements is isolated and coded by another color, for instance, red. Color-coded " n by t " matrix is made up, where n is numbers of parameters ( pickups ) that fall outside the tolerance ( starting from first one ) and t is time corresponding to them. Then parameters ( pickups ) recording anomaly and location of faulty structural element or aggregate of structural elements are determined.
