METHOD FOR SLACKENING TROPICAL CYCLONES (HURRICANES, TYPHOONS)

FIELD: protection of human activity against dangerous ambient processes, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves production of air flows by means of influencing specific regions. Goal of invention is achieved by calculation of available potential energy in troposphere, comparison of calculated values to threshold values of available potential energy, which cause hurricane wind speed, which may cause dangerous destructions in environment. When measured value of available potential energy reaches said threshold value, method involves selection of one or several application regions. Application to said regions leads to converting said potential energy to kinetic energy in order to cyclone which energy does not reach destructing level.
