FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed railway flat car has carrying frame 2 with center sill, two-gauge carriage way with flooring 6 and hinge connected end face boards with wheel baffle. Flooring has wheel baffle and is made with lowering relative to top of center sill. Carriageway is provided with removable brake shoes and container supports 11 which can be removed flooring level by turning to side surface of frame. In place of lowering of flooring container supports are provided with hinge-mounted support posts. Height of brake shoes provides possibility of their mounting on lowering part of flooring container. EFFECT: provision of possibility of safe loading of wheeled vehicles and enlarged operating capabilities. 2 cl, 4 dwg
