Realization of ternary basic circuits in cmos technology

The process involves connecting self-conducting MOS transistors (M1-M4) in pairs in series with corresponding set cut-off voltages. The resulting function tables assist the invention but do not constitute the invention. Higher than ternary combinations can be achieved by suitable dimensioning and combinations of the transistors.
