A device made out of plastic to hold tubes, cables or tubular objects has a retaining region (1) to be connected to a carrier and a bearing region (2) projecting over the retaining region on both sides, located over it. On this at least one tube can be fastened via at least one strap-shaped fastening element (3). The fastening element is designed to be one-piece with the hearing region and can be connected to the respective bearing region after wrapping around the tube to be held. The fastening element consists of a soft elastic material component. The bearing region and the retaining region each consist of a harder material component.
