The centre section(1) of the wheel on its outer contact face has a circumferential groove in which fits a one-piece ring(5) to lock the pressure ring(4). The outer section of the pressure ring in the contact region with the locking ring has a conically-shaped face. The individual ends of the locking ring are rigidly interconnected. The pressure ring in cross section has an angled shape with one side which supports a V-form elastic element(3) and with a second side forming a truncated cone-shaped inclined face upon which bears the elastic element by one side.
