The roof and facade cladding component, for thermal insulation and the collection of solar energy, has a cube shape with a solar surface. Hollow blow molded thermoplastic bodies (1), with stiffening recesses (5), are in the wall of the visible surface (4) in the shape of a roof or facade surface structure. One or more recesses (9) are at the opposite inner side (8) with the shape of a truncated pyramid or cone or a paraboloid with rotation symmetry, where the truncation (10) is bonded to the inner side of the wall of the outer visible surface (4). Grooves (13) to hold the seal are at equal intervals round the end sides of the lower (2) and upper (3) grip bars and their facing walls of the visible surface (4) and the inner side (8), and at a gap from an end side of the flow chamber (6). One or more conical inflow units (7) extend into the flow chamber (6) at one end side of the flow chamber (6) with matching conical outflows (11) at the same interval projecting out of the opposite end side of the flow chamber (6).
