Rainwater is accommodated in a drainage network of mixed systems in a build-up chamber channel. An overflow shaft (1) with a source container (2) and at least one inflow channel at the inflow end are provided and a throttle shaft has at least one outflow channel at the outflow end. The source container on the head side has a peripherally closed suspension material retention grid (7) in the form of a grid rim with inwardly directed grid bars (8). The grid trim has a circular blunt conical-shaped cover surface tensioned by the grid bars and matched to the diameter of the source container. It also has a crown ring (9) and a foot ring (10). Between the grid bars is a finger-type engaging rake (12) for cleaning of overflow gaps (11) limited by the grid bars.
