The brush part has a housing shaft (40) with longitudinal and transverse bores that can be connected to a handle part (30), an axle (3) for connection to a shaft (2) in the handle part and that turns in the bore, a brush head (80) rotatably accommodated in the transverse bore and a transmission arrangement for transferring the rotary motion of the axle to the brush head.
