The instrument string fixng device uses a tremolo block (13) mounted on the body (12) of the string instrument, provided with seatings for receiving the free ends of the instrument strings (14), which are threaded through tuning pegs (18) at their opposite ends and restrained by their enlarged ends.Each of the strings fitted through the tremolo block is acted on by a respective clamping device for tensioning the string.
