The exerciser comprises three rings fixed together in series with the middle ring off-set by about a quarter of its diameter from the line and rounded on the inside. The individual rings have an external diameter of 250 mm and internal diameter of 170 mm. The weight can be varied from 800 g to 2000 g for use by beginners to advanced.
