Propylene based resin composition comprising 70-90 wt.% a propylene block copolymer and 10-30 wt.% of an ethylene based resin has defined mold swelling ratios and relationship between flexural modulus, impact strength and turbidity. A polypropylene based resin composition (I) comprises (A) 70-90 wt.% of a propylene block copolymer and (B) 10-30 wt.% of an ethylene based resin whereby the relationship between the mold swelling ratio (SR1) at a shear speed of 6.08 s-1 and the mold swelling ratio (SR2) at a shear speed of 608 s-1 is described by equation (1) and the relationship between the Izod impact strength (IS) (kJ/m2) at 0 deg C, the flexural moldulus (FM) (MPa) at 23 deg C and the turbidity (T) (%) is described by equation (2). An Independent claim is included for a blow molded container prepared from (I). SR2 / SR1 = 1.10 (1) IS * FM/T approximately equal 200 (2)
