The objective (1) has an attachment element (11) that can be rotated perpendicularly wrt. the optical axis (2) with a positive guide (19) for producing a predefined motion contg. a rotational movement and a translational movement, whereby the attachment element is mounted in a bearing allowing translational and rotational motion. It also has sensors to detect relative motion of the gears of the motor output shaft.
