The cylindrical axial channel of the tubular prosthesis pusher (40) has proximal end (43) and distal ends and is so dimensioned to accept the distal end part of an endoscope (50). The introductive ejection of the prosthesis is thus monitored by the endoscope and is effected by the pressure exerted by the distal end of the pusher tube (41) on the proximal end of the semi-stiff prosthesis (60) previously inserted in the distal end of the prosthesis holder (30) tube. In addition to this monitored control, it also becomes possible to position the prosthesis in the bronchial or respiratory tubes of the patient.
